Easy to cut with scissors

LBTEK Light-Blocking Board is lightweight and designed to block unwanted light. It can be combined with aluminum profiles and other accessories to build enclosed darkroom structures. Currently, two types of light-blocking boards are offered:
BCA1: Size 580 mm × 840 mm, thickness 1.5 mm. Can be cut with scissors to build a customized enclosure.
BCA2: Size 600 mm × 600 mm, thickness 5 mm. Features higher rigidity with an internal foam structure that can absorb some noise. It is also easy to cut for building appropriate enclosures. Note: Due to the foam material and larger size, one side may have minor dents or marks, which do not affect overall rigidity or use; the other side is laminated.
Recommended mounting methods:
Insert the cut board into aluminum profiles (suitable for both types).
For larger enclosures (greater than 300 mm, BCA1 only), cut slots at suitable positions along the edges of the board and secure it to the profile using M6 screws and AP25N1 nuts for enhanced stability.
