Three-point positioning for square bases

The LBTEK Positioning Block is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with black anodized surface treatment. It is designed to fix the position of posts or square bases, allowing for easy realignment of components removed from the optical system. The block features three marking points for square elements and two outer marking points for post-type elements. It can be secured either with screws or using the CB-2 clamping block, suitable for situations where the block cannot be directly mounted onto platform threaded holes.
Note: The fillet radius at the right-angle corners of square elements must be less than R1.5. For square bases with fillet radii between R1.5 and R10, two positioning blocks should be used.
