The LBTEK piezoelectric linear displacement stage uses a piezoelectric inertial actuator to achieve fast and stable reciprocating linear motion with high precision along a single axis, all within a compact package. When no power is supplied to the piezoelectric device and the stage is at rest, the piezoelectric inertial actuator is self-locking, making it ideal for fixed applications that require nano-level resolution and long-term precision stability. The aluminum alloy piezoelectric linear displacement stage offers a certain level of horizontal load capacity and uses precision ball bearing guides, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency. It is an ideal solution for micro-translation applications and is widely used in fields such as micro/nano technology, biotechnology, and quality control.
The LBTEK piezoelectric linear displacement stage offers various surface sizes and travel ranges, with a maximum motion speed of 1.5 mm/s. (The LBMS series piezoelectric displacement stage is an open-loop controlled displacement stage, where long-range positioning accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and the resolution is approximately 10 nm when using the LBCF30 controller, which applies to the first 63 steps after each power-up operation.)
The LBTEK piezoelectric linear displacement stage provides fast and stable piezoelectric-controlled linear motion. The platform is supported by precision ball bearing guides and allows single-axis reciprocating linear motion. When driven by the LBCF30 controller, it can achieve speeds of up to 1.5 mm/s. The bottom of the stage features countersunk holes for mounting onto optical platforms or custom displacement stage modules. The stage surface is equipped with threaded holes to support the attachment of various optical components. LBTEK's piezoelectric linear displacement stage offers multiple surface sizes and travel ranges to choose from.
