The LBTEK 30 mm Flexure Coaxial Mounting Plate (FOPM-9B) is designed to center a five-axis fiber coupler within a 30 mm coaxial system. The 6 mm diameter mounting posts can be inserted into the four coaxial holes provided in the adapter, as shown in the right figure. In addition, the adapter includes four necessary M2 socket head screws for securing the five-axis fiber coupler to the adapter. The coaxial plate features an SM1 internal thread, making it compatible with our lens tube series products.
