The LBTEK Fiber Coupler Wall Plates are designed to integrate fiber coupling systems with coaxial systems. They can be mounted onto the end face of a fiber coupler mount using the two included M4 socket head cap screws. The FP-OPM30 is compatible with both 16 mm and 30 mm coaxial systems, with the 16 mm coaxial hole secured via a set screw and the 30 mm coaxial secured via flexible clamping with socket head cap screws, both using a 2 mm hex key. The FP-SM05 features four M3 threaded holes for mounting to a 16 mm coaxial system. Both models have a central SM05-threaded hole for installing SM05 lens tubes. The FP-OPM30 comes with two SM05RS retaining rings, while the FP-SM05 includes one SM05RS retaining ring.
When combining fiber coupling systems with coaxial systems, ensure the fiber coupler mount is properly supported to prevent excessive torque on the coaxial rods. If the coaxial system is low enough, the fiber coupler mount can be installed directly on the optical table. If the coaxial system is significantly higher than the table surface, the fiber coupler mount can be supported using OP1-XXB series posts via the M4 or M6 threaded holes.
