The LBTEK MHG-B Mounting Bracket allows for the vertical installation of two magnetic beam height gauges at a 90° angle. This setup enables both laser leveling and beam height measurement on the platform. The bracket is constructed from durable black POM and features a built-in bubble level to help monitor the horizontal position of the mounted components. The bubble should be centered between the two scale divisions to ensure the bracket is level (Note: The level is glued in linear contact with the bracket, so avoid applying excessive force when adjusting the level). The three sides of the mounting bracket have laser graduations with a 1.0 mm division, indicating how far the installed components have moved horizontally. As shown in the diagram, the top of the mounting bracket includes a through slot designed to fit the magnetic beam height gauge. Once assembled, the bracket can freely slide vertically along the height gauge. The second magnetic beam height gauge or detection card can be placed in the space between the first gauge and the front of the bracket. All components are secured with hand-tightened screws.
