LBTEK Precision Threaded Adjuster is primarily used in optical mechanical motion products, such as the common optical adjustment frame series, to control the precision of the movement. The LBTEK Precision Threaded Adjuster consists of three parts: a knurled knob, a hexagonal adjuster, and a threaded bushing, which can be disassembled and assembled by the user. The threaded connection part is coated with damping lubricant to ensure smooth and seamless engagement between the threaded bushing and the hexagonal adjuster, while also reducing wear between the two components. The hexagonal adjuster has a 2 mm internal hex hole, allowing for precise adjustments using the included detachable knurled knob, achieving a precision of 0.25 mm per turn.
The LBTEK Differential Threaded Adjuster comes with both coarse and fine adjustment functions. The coarse adjustment has a travel range of 8 mm with a precision of 0.25 mm per turn, while the fine adjustment has a travel range of 0.4 mm with a precision of 0.025 mm per turn. The coarse adjustment uses an M6×0.25 thread, and the fine adjustment is achieved through a differential threading design, providing a precision of 0.025 mm per turn. The coarse adjustment is made with a 2 mm hex wrench, and the fine adjustment is made with a 1.5 mm wrench.
Note: Since the differential adjustment introduces slight backlash, it is recommended to preload the threaded adjuster with 1 kg or more to eliminate the backlash value. The threaded adjuster also features a knurled thread for locking the adjuster in place.
