The LBTEK integrated controller electric linear displacement stage series combines a precision controller within the device, providing crucial support for precision measurement and inspection applications. The compact and lightweight design integrates both control and actuator components into one unit, minimizing space usage and allowing for installation in confined spaces. Its ultra-high precision ball screw guides enable smooth, nearly noise-free motion, and it can be mounted in two-dimensional or three-dimensional configurations using adapter components. Unlike displacement stages with servo motors, this stage is driven by dual-axis stepper motors, and it can be manually adjusted via a rear knob in case of power failure.
The LBTEK integrated controller electric linear displacement stage has a surface size of 100 mm × 100 mm and offers 100 mm of linear travel. It can bear up to 12 kgf of load when mounted horizontally and up to 4 kgf when mounted vertically. Even under full horizontal load, it maintains a maximum speed of 50 mm/s and achieves a unidirectional positioning accuracy of <±5.0 µm after calibration. This makes it ideal for applications requiring high load capacity and precision, such as in measurement and inspection scenarios.
The LBTEK integrated controller electric linear displacement stage can be remotely controlled via PC or manually operated using buttons and slider switches on the control panel. Parameters set on the PC can be stored in the non-volatile memory within the device itself, automatically applying the settings when powered on. The device can also be operated manually without a PC or USB connection.
