The LBTEK stainless steel electric linear displacement stage is driven by a stepper motor and ball screw drive mechanism, enabling high-precision linear reciprocating motion along the X/Y axis on linear ball bearing guides. It offers a variety of travel ranges and a certain level of horizontal load capacity, making it an ideal solution for various translation applications.
Two surface sizes are available:
· 65mm × 65mm, with travel ranges of 13mm, 30mm, or 50mm
· 90mm × 90mm, with travel ranges of 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, or 300mm
Both surface sizes come with design-specific adapters that allow for XY/XZ/XYZ multi-dimensional adjustment, providing flexibility for extended use. The stepper motor installed on the stainless steel electric linear displacement stage is stable and reliable, with a maximum motion speed of up to 40mm/s. The controller can be manually adjusted through a knob at the motor’s rear when the power is off.
The LBTEK 90 Series stainless steel electric linear displacement stage, with a surface size of 90mm × 90mm, offers four linear travel options: 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm. The stage utilizes a stepper motor to drive a ball screw mechanism, enabling precise motion control through linear ball bearing guides. The bottom is equipped with M6 countersunk holes, allowing installation onto optical platforms or customized displacement stage modules using the included M6 × 20 hexagon socket cap screws. The stage also features M6 threaded holes with a 25mm pitch, enabling users to attach various optical components, compatible with products like the EM-LSS90VB and EM-LSS90VA. The stainless steel electric linear displacement stage must be used with an electric displacement stage controller, and LBTEK offers the EM-CV5-x or EM-CS5-x series controllers for user selection.
