The LBTEK Soft Jaw Pliers are made from high-strength chromoly steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The jaw size is adjustable and suitable for gripping cylindrical components with diameters ranging from 10 mm to 85 mm. When using the soft jaw pliers, the jaw tension can be adjusted as needed. Place the component between the jaws, ensuring that the plier arms are perpendicular to the component's center of rotation. Then, adjust the screw rod to tightly grip the workpiece, ensuring the gripping force is appropriate—not too tight to damage the component, but secure enough to hold it. After use, place the pliers in a safe location and regularly clean and lubricate them to maintain good working condition.
