The LBTEK Manual Linear Translation Stage features a linear cross-roller bearing guide system and a micrometer head drive. The 13 mm travel manual linear stage has a platform size of 65 mm × 65 mm, with M6 threaded holes spaced 25 mm apart. The stage is available in single-axis, XY, and XYZ configurations. The single-axis and XY stages use a standard micrometer head drive, while the XYZ stage offers a choice between a standard micrometer head or a differential micrometer head. The stages are also available in three drive types: end direct drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive, with linear displacement accuracy within 3 μm.
Additionally, LBTEK manual linear translation stages can be freely combined to form multi-axis translation stages. The stage is equipped with a manual locking screw on the side, which allows for locking the stage in place once it reaches the desired position. The fixed base of the sliding platform is 75 mm × 50 mm, with M6 countersunk threaded holes, allowing for direct attachment to an optical platform with 25 mm M6 threaded hole spacing using the provided M6 socket head cap screws.
In addition to the 13 mm travel manual linear stage, LBTEK also offers a 25 mm travel manual linear stage with a platform size of 90 mm × 90 mm and a travel range of 25 mm.
The LBTEK Single-Axis Linear Translation Stage is available in three drive types: end direct drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive. It features single-axis drive with a micrometer head drive, offering a 13 mm travel range and a micrometer head resolution of 10 μm. The platform size is 65 mm × 65 mm with M6 threaded holes. The bottom of the stage is equipped with four U-shaped mounting slots, allowing for the stage to be fixed in place using M6 screws.
