The LBTEK Electric Rotary Translation Stage provides precise rotational adjustment for the installation of large optical components and opto-mechanical devices. Driven by a stepper motor with a worm gear transmission system, it achieves continuous and precise 360° rotational movement along deep groove ball bearing guide rails. The rotating platform features arrays of M3, M4, and M6 threaded holes, suitable for mounting mechanical components or integrating optical systems. The five-phase stepper motor used in the electric rotary stage is stable and reliable, with a maximum speed of 36°/s. The controller allows for manual adjustment via the motor's rear knob when the unit is not powered.
The LBTEK Electric Rotary Translation Stage enables continuous 360° rotation, with a scale accuracy of 2° and a resolution of up to 0.001° per step or 0.0018° per step. The rotation is driven by a stepper motor and worm gear mechanism, ensuring precise rotational control through deep groove ball bearing guide rails. The stage's base includes 3 or 4 M6 countersunk holes, allowing for installation onto optical tables or custom-built translation modules using the provided M6 socket head cap screws.
The EM-RP40 platform includes an array of M6 threaded holes evenly distributed along a 25 mm diameter circle, with a central SM05 through-hole. The EM-RP60 platform features a set of M4 threaded holes spaced 22 mm apart, a set of M3 threaded holes spaced 30 mm apart, and a set of M6 threaded holes spaced along a 50 mm diameter circle, with a central SM1 through-hole. The EM-RP100 platform has a set of M6 threaded holes evenly distributed along a 75 mm diameter circle, with a central SM2 through-hole. Users can mount optical components or integrate optical systems using components with the same thread specifications.
The electric rotary translation stage requires an electric translation stage controller for operation. LBTEK offers the EM-CV5-x series controller for user selection. Please note, the corresponding electric rotary translation stages do not include optical component mounting rings.
