The LBTEK Electric Angular Translation Stage is driven by a stepper motor with a ball screw transmission system, achieving high-precision reciprocating linear motion in the angular direction on cross-roller bearing guides around the rotational center. With a travel range of ±8°, it is an ideal solution for angular adjustments. The stage utilizes stable and reliable two-phase or five-phase stepper motors, and the controller allows for manual adjustment via a knob at the motor rear when the power is off.
The LBTEK Five-Phase Stepper Electric Angular Translation Stage is a stepper-driven angular adjustment stage. It provides precise and stable height adjustments throughout the entire travel range. The motor can move loads of up to 5.0 kg on a 90 mm × 90 mm platform, with minimal pitch deviation and high repeatability. The platform features 25 M6 threaded holes for mounting opto-mechanical components, and the base includes four M6 countersunk holes for securing the stage to a breadboard, optical platform, or other translation stages using M6 screws. The stage requires an electric translation stage controller for operation, and LBTEK offers the EM-CV5-x series controller for user selection.
