The EAC-CV2-1 Electric Actuator Controller provided by LBTEK is a highly compact, single-axis 2-phase stepper motor controller designed to control the operation of SMET series electric actuators. It allows selection between trapezoidal and S-shaped speed curves and offers high theoretical microstepping resolution (49,152 microsteps for a motor with 24 full steps, and 409,600 microsteps for a motor with 200 full steps). It features a digital display and three control buttons on the top, enabling easy manual control of the electric actuator. The display brightness is adjustable and can also be turned off. The controller has two SMA connectors with bidirectional trigger ports on the front, which can be used to read 5V external logic signals or output 5V logic signals to control external devices. Each port can be individually configured.
Note: The electric actuator controller does not support hot-swapping. To disconnect the electric actuator from the controller, please first turn off the controller's power before disconnecting the actuator from the controller.
