Customizable Initialization to Open or Close Shutter
The electric optical shutter provided by LBTEK is a shutter device that achieves millisecond-level response through pulse-controlled motors. In the default state, the shutter remains closed. When the control pulse signal is at a high level, the shutter opens; when the control pulse signal level drops, the shutter closes. A Hall sensor detects the position of the shutter blades within the housing and provides information to determine the shutter position status. When connected to a host computer, it can check whether the shutter is operating at the set frequency. The control box of the electric optical shutter supports secondary development in languages such as C/C++, LabVIEW, and C#. The shutter can be connected to the MSC controller (sold separately) via a control cable (supplied with the purchase of the MSC controller).
Both types of optical shutters have an M4 threaded hole on the side and bottom of the housing, which can be used for mounting a connecting rod. The SH05-25 optical shutter has SM05 (0.535"-40) internal threads on both sides of the aperture, allowing it to connect with our SM05 lens tubes. It operates with a noise level lower than the ambient noise. The SH1-25 optical shutter has SM1 (1.035"-40) internal threads on both sides of the aperture, allowing it to connect with our SM1 lens tubes. Additionally, the SH1-25 shutter has four M3 threaded holes on each side of the aperture for mounting a 30 mm coaxial connecting rod.
Note: Please connect the controller to the power supply before turning on the power switch, or turn off the power switch before disconnecting the power supply to avoid hot-swapping, which could damage the equipment.
