The reflection optical fiber probe provided by LBTEK can be used with a fiber optic spectrometer for reflectance measurements of solid and powder samples. The reflection fiber probe is configured in a Y-type, with two fibers sharing a common end (7-core probe) for measuring the sample. The other two ends form separate measurement branches: one 6-core port connects to the light source for coupling the illumination light, while the 1-core port connects to the spectrometer for coupling the reflected light signal.
LBTEK's reflection optical fiber probe is compatible with the LBFS-TA1 reflectance measurement stand.
