The micrometer (screw micrometer) has 10 main scale divisions and 50 subscale divisions, allowing for precise adjustment of the rotation stage by ±5°, with an adjustment precision of 1.2′ (0.02°).

The side features an M6 threaded hole for connecting rods.

The LBTEK Manual Rotary Stage Kit RP-1A-KIT is assembled from the RP-1A rotating stage and RP-1A-AP adapter plate. It allows for 360° continuous rotation. The side scale of the rotating disk has a precision of 1°, with a differential scale precision of 5′. The side of the rotating disk features a hand-tightened locking screw, which enables switching between coarse and fine adjustments. Loosening the hand-tightened screw allows manual coarse adjustment of the table's rotation angle, while tightening the screw locks the coarse adjustment, switching to the micrometer fine adjustment for precise rotation. The micrometer features 10 main scale divisions, with a rotation adjustment range of ±5º and 50 subscale divisions, providing a precision of 60′/50 = 1.2′ (0.02°). The micrometer can be locked using the nearby hand-tightened screw, and locking the hand-tightened screw on the side of the rotating disk, as well as the one next to the micrometer, locks the entire rotation stage. The rotating disk is equipped with an array of M6, M4, and M3 threaded holes, which can be used for mounting mechanical components, pressure arms, or 30 mm coaxial system connecting rods. The countersunk threaded holes at the bottom of the adapter plate are designed to mount the rotating stage on optical platforms or breadboards with M6 threaded holes. The side features an M6 threaded hole, which allows direct installation on an Ø12.7 mm optical connecting rod. The components, RP-1A and RP-1A-AP, are also available for individual sale.
