LBTEK Motorized Free-Space Adjustable Delay Line consists of high-power reflective prisms and movable reflection components. All four reflective surfaces in the device are coated with high-reflectivity coatings, achieving a single-side reflectivity of up to 99% at 45° incidence. The coatings are designed for broad wavelength ranges, available in 400 nm–750 nm, 750 nm–1100 nm, and 1100 nm–1650 nm bands. The mechanical design of the motorized free-space delay line is compact and easy to assemble. Multiple components are compatible with other mounting plates available in the product catalog and support component replacement. LBTEK’s motorized free-space delay line features picosecond-level time resolution, broad wavelength usability, and high reflectivity. It is widely used in applications such as autocorrelation, cross-correlation, optical sampling, pulse synchronization, interferometric sensors, and wavelength meters.
The LBTEK Motorized Free-Space Adjustable Delay Line Kit includes a motorized translation stage, right-angle prism assembly, and adjustable mirror assembly. When combined with the accompanying computer software, the optical path length can be precisely controlled by moving the reflective components, achieving picosecond resolution time delay of the optical signal in free space. The motorized reflective component has a travel range of 105 mm, corresponding to a delay range of 0 ps to 700 ps. The software supports parameters such as delay time setting, cruise mode, and number of cruise cycles. The motorized translation stage includes M4 and M6 threaded holes for versatile mounting and integration options. The device supports three selectable operating wavelength bands: 400 nm–750 nm, 750 nm–1100 nm, and 1100 nm–1650 nm.
