LBTEK Bessel Processing Head (BPH) is an optical module designed for the terminal of laser processing systems. There are two types of Bessel processing heads: refractive and diffractive. The diffractive type integrates diffractive and refractive optical elements within a metal mechanical sleeve, while the refractive type uses high-transmittance and high-damage-threshold optical elements. Both utilize the optical field control of an axicon lens and the beam shaping function of a dual-telecentric optical system to generate Bessel beams that meet laser processing requirements.
The LBTEK Bessel Processing Head is suitable for single-mode lasers. Its optical elements are made from high-transmittance materials, ensuring high energy utilization efficiency. The compact modular design allows easy integration and good compatibility with various laser processing systems. Through unique optical design, it achieves very low aberrations. The central main lobe of the output beam spot is less than Ø5 μm, enabling cutting with minimal chipping, low heat-affected zones, and no taper over a depth range of 0.2 mm to 12 mm (customizable).
LBTEK currently offers standard Bessel processing heads with a working wavelength of 1064 nm and air depths of focus of 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 mm, while also supporting flexible customization of parameters to meet diverse application needs. Please contact us for details.
The LBTEK Bessel Processing Head with a working wavelength of 1064 nm is designed for single-mode lasers, featuring high transmittance, easy integration, and low aberration. The output beam spot size is less than Ø2 μm, with selectable air depths of focus from 0.5 to 8 mm. It provides cutting performance with minimal chipping, low heat-affected zones, and no taper. The processing head input end is equipped with a λ/4 waveplate for convenient circular polarization modulation of the incident light. The output aperture size options are ½ inch or 1 inch.
