The LBTEK manual fiber cleaver uses a tungsten steel blade, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high hardness. It features a high-precision slide rail and an automatic blade return mechanism when the pressure plate is lifted. It is suitable for single-core fibers with diameters of Ø0.25 mm, Ø0.9 mm, and Ø3 mm, with cutting lengths ranging from 9 to 24 mm. The cleaver has a long service life, with a single blade capable of up to 48,000 cuts. When cutting quality begins to decline (typically after 1,000–1,500 cuts), the pressure screw should be loosened and the blade position rotated.
The LBTEK manual fiber cleaver is designed for single-core fibers with diameters of Ø0.25 mm, Ø0.90 mm, and Ø3.0 mm and a cladding diameter of 12 μm. One side of the cleaver includes a fiber collection box to capture fiber scraps, preventing injury and facilitating centralized disposal. During cutting, the fiber is placed in the corresponding slot and cut following the user instructions. If the fiber cannot be cut or shows rounded edges, loosen the blade height adjustment screw, set the blade to the appropriate height, and cut again. If cutting quality noticeably decreases, loosen the blade pressure screw and adjust the blade position according to the instructions. A user manual is included with the product.
