The LBTEK electric fiber cleaver is primarily designed for cutting standard and large-core fibers, accommodating cladding diameters of 40–1250 μm and maximum coating diameters of 80–3000 μm. LBTEK provides replaceable diamond blades, which feature wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high hardness. Users can easily operate the cleaver by simply setting parameters such as fiber tension via the touchscreen, offering flexible adjustment and stable cutting performance.
The LBTEK electric fiber cleaver comes with a variety of fixture configurations suitable for large-core fibers with cladding diameters of 40–1250 μm and coating diameters of 80–3000 μm. During cutting, the fiber is placed in the corresponding slot of the fixture. For models like the FCE80-1250, parameters can be flexibly adjusted via the touchscreen. The cleaver uses diamond blades with high hardness and wear resistance. LBTEK electric fiber cleavers support multiple fiber types and can provide corresponding fixtures based on the user’s fiber specifications. Both blades and fixtures are replaceable.
