LBTEK’s FA lenses are specially optimized for machine vision light sources and chips, offering high resolution, excellent imaging quality, high transmission, and good stability. Compared with fixed-focus lenses, zoom lenses can change the field of view by adjusting the focal length, providing more flexible imaging capabilities. In industrial inspection, they can replace multiple fixed-focus lenses, thereby simplifying the inspection system. As a result, they are widely used in machine vision and industrial automation fields such as inner bore defect detection of workpieces, inner wall defect recognition of iron cores, and label/character inspection.
LBTEK’s zoom lenses are available with adjustable focal length ranges of 12–36 mm and 10–50 mm. They support manual zoom and aperture adjustment, and once focusing is completed, the side screws can be tightened to lock the focus. With a compact design, the lenses support sensor sizes up to 2/3'', using a C-Mount optical interface. Among them, the LBMVL-MV1550-12MPIR model adopts a CS-Mount optical interface for easy integration with cameras. When paired with a suitable camera, these lenses can achieve excellent imaging quality.
