LBTEK High-Power F-Theta Lens (High-power F-Theta Lens, HPFT) is a high-power flat-field scanning lens assembly that uses UV-grade fused silica glass as the lens substrate, with lens groups integrated into a mechanical housing through specific design schemes. The height of the focused beam is f × θ (where θ is the incident angle of the input beam), making the angular velocity of the input beam directly proportional to that of the output beam, allowing the scanning mirror to operate at a constant angular speed. It is commonly used to focus laser beams to obtain high-energy-density focal spots, improve laser processing efficiency, and convert the galvanometer's directional changes of the laser beam into positional changes of the focal point on the processing surface. It works in synergy with the galvanometer to achieve aberration correction, compensating for field curvature and distortion in the system. The high-power F-Theta lens provides a flat-field image plane during use while significantly simplifying control circuitry. It features high transmittance, a large scanning range, low aberration, and low F-Theta distortion, making it highly suitable for laser processing applications. Compared to LBTEK's standard F-Theta lens, the high-power F-Theta lens has a higher damage threshold, enabling its use in high-power laser scenarios. LBTEK currently offers standard high-power F-Theta lenses with working wavelengths of 355 nm, 532 nm, and 1064 nm, along with flexible customization options to meet diverse application requirements. LBTEK provides a high-power F-Theta lens with a working wavelength of 355 nm, featuring an all-UV fused silica lens assembly with a high damage threshold, making it suitable for high-power applications. It can be used in combination with 2D scanning galvanometers and beam expanders. Within its scanning range, the variation in focused spot size between the center and edge is minimal, making it ideal for precision laser processing equipment. Currently, LBTEK offers 355 nm high-power F-Theta lenses with focal lengths of 103 mm, 170 mm, 255 mm, 350 mm, and 420 mm. For more information, please consult LBTEK technical support.
