The LBTEK Five-Axis Stainless Steel Fiber Translation Stage adopts high-precision cross-roller bearing guides combined with three micrometers and two precision adjustment screws, delivering high accuracy, large load capacity, and a compact structure. Each of the X, Y, and Z axes is equipped with a micrometer. The X and Y axes provide a travel range of ±6.5 mm, while the Z axis offers ±5 mm travel, with a resolution of 10 μm per division. The two angular adjustment axes (θy and θz) provide ±3° travel with an adjustment precision of 0.3° per revolution. This stage is well-suited for fiber array alignment and multi-core device coupling in optical waveguide applications. LBTEK also provides the CAP-2 adapter plate, compatible with the FSV1 series fiber holders, and the MAP-2 adapter plate, compatible with the FMA series fixed mounts.
The LBTEK five-axis stainless steel fiber stage integrates high-resolution linear stages (XYZ) with angular stages (θy, θz), offering a complete five-axis adjustment system. The X and Y axes each provide ±6.5 mm travel, the Z axis provides ±5 mm travel, with a resolution of 10 μm per division, while θy and θz provide ±3° travel with 0.3° per revolution precision. The base is equipped with four M6 U-shaped mounting slots for secure installation, and each stage is supplied with four M6 socket head cap screws.
