The LBTEK Compact Five-Axis Stage is designed for adjustments in pitch, yaw, and X, Y, Z translation. All adjustments are made through threaded screws: two screws control yaw and Y-axis translation, two screws control pitch and Z-axis translation, and one screw controls X-axis translation. Each screw is equipped with a 2 mm hex socket and can be locked using a 2 mm hex key. A dedicated base is included, allowing the stage height to be increased for compatibility with different applications.
The LBTEK compact five-axis stage features a space-saving design, with five threaded screws mounted on one side panel that provide ±3.5° pitch adjustment, ±5° yaw adjustment, and 3 mm travel along the X, Y, and Z axes. Two screws together control pitch and Z-axis movement, another two screws together control yaw and Y-axis movement, while a single screw controls X-axis movement. The top plate of the stage includes an array of M4/M3 threaded holes and a central reverse M4 countersunk hole, allowing other components to be securely fixed from below using M4 cap screws. These mounting interfaces support the installation of accessories such as the CA-3 clamping arm and the MT-FLF1S mount. The base of the stage is equipped with two M6 mounting slots, enabling secure installation onto an optical table or breadboard using M6 cap screws. Alternatively, the stage can be elevated and adapted for optical table mounting via the PYXYZ-A and PYXYZ-B base adapters.
