The LBTEK Six-Axis Assembled Stage is constructed by combining LBTEK’s linear translation stages and angular stages, allowing users to configure six-axis systems with different travel ranges, resolutions, and platform sizes according to their specific requirements. This modular assembly method provides high flexibility and adaptability. Typically, the six-axis stage is built using 25 mm travel manual linear stages and a Z-axis translation stage to control motion along the X, Y, and Z directions, combined with angular stages and manual rotation stages to achieve rotational motion around the θX, θY, and θZ axes.
The LBTEK six-axis manual stage is assembled using M6 socket head cap screws to connect LS90 series linear stages, providing 25 mm travel in the X, Y, and Z directions. On the platform of the linear stages, AS65 series angular stages and RP series rotation stages are mounted, enabling angular adjustment with travel ranges of ±8° for the θX axis, ±10° for the θY axis, and full 360° rotation for the θZ axis.
