The LBTEK Six-Axis Fiber Coupling Stage is designed with six imported cross-roller bearing guides and nine micrometers, offering a compact structure, high precision, and high load capacity. Each of the X, Y, and Z axes is equipped with both coarse and fine micrometer heads. The coarse travel range is ±6.5 mm with a resolution of 10 μm, while the fine travel range is ±0.3 mm with a differential mechanism resolution of 0.5 μm. The three angular adjustment axes provide precise rotation: θx with ±3° travel and 0.49′ resolution, θy with ±3° travel and 0.46′ resolution, and θz with ±4° travel and 0.55′ resolution. This stage is widely used for multi-core device alignment, particularly in applications requiring optical axis and rotational adjustments of fiber arrays and optical waveguides.
LBTEK also provides the CAP-1 adapter plate for compatibility with the FSV2 series fiber holders and the MAP-1 adapter plate for use with the FMA series fixed mounts. Built on a high-resolution manual XYZ stage combined with θx, θy, and θz angular stages, it achieves full six-axis adjustment. The base plate includes two M6 slotted mounting holes for secure fixing, and each stage is supplied with four M6 socket head cap screws.
