The LBTEK Z-axis linear displacement stage features a lever-driven structure with a set of crossed roller guide rails and is equipped with an imported differential head. It offers a certain load-bearing capacity and high positioning accuracy, making it ideal for mounting optical and mechanical components that require height adjustment. Additionally, the Z-axis linear displacement stage can be assembled with the LS90 series manual linear displacement stage to form XZ/YZ/XYZ axis displacement stages. The stage includes a hand-tightened locking screw and a fastening structure with an internal hexagon wrench slot. Once the Z-axis linear displacement stage reaches the desired position, it can be locked in place.
The base and stage surface have M6 mounting threaded holes and through-hole arrays with standard hole spacing to meet common installation requirements.
The LBTEK Z-axis linear displacement stage offers travel ranges of 10 mm and 25 mm, with a minimum scale of 10 μm for the differential head. The LS90-10CZ model achieves linear displacement accuracy of up to 3 μm, with an adjustable height range from the base installation surface to the stage surface of 47.5 mm to 57.5 mm. The LS90-25CZ model offers linear displacement accuracy of up to 5 μm, with an adjustable height range from 74 mm to 99 mm. The parallelism of the base and stage surface is up to 100 μm, and the Z-axis load capacity is 3 kgf, providing both load-bearing capability and high positioning accuracy.
The stage surface of the Z-axis linear displacement stage measures 90 mm × 90 mm and features M6 threaded holes with 25 mm hole spacing, as well as two positioning holes for easy combination with two-axis or three-axis displacement stages. The bottom of the stage includes four mounting holes, allowing direct attachment to an M6 optical platform with 25 mm hole spacing using M6 screws, making installation very convenient.
The LBTEK Z-axis linear displacement stage comes with two Ø5 mm positioning pins, four M6 hexagon socket head cap screws, and a 5 mm short-head hexagon wrench for easy assembly and installation.
