The LBTEK compact three-axis displacement stage is designed for use in fiber coupling systems, featuring three mutually orthogonal linear displacement adjustments. The stage surface includes a cross-shaped positioning groove for quick alignment of accessories. The symmetric cross structure allows for the switching of the displacement stage direction, enabling left-to-right hand switching. Compared to modular multi-axis displacement stages, the integrated design of the compact stage is more space-efficient and reduces the relative errors between axes.
The cross-roller guide rail structure ensures high positioning accuracy and load capacity. The drivers use Mitutoyo micrometer heads, providing high adjustment resolution. Each axis is equipped with a locking structure, allowing the stage to be locked in place once the desired position is achieved.
The LBTEK compact three-axis displacement stage offers 13 mm travel in the X, Y, and Z axes. It uses Mitutoyo differential micrometer heads, with coarse adjustment providing 0.5 mm per rotation and a resolution of 10 μm, while fine adjustment offers 0.5 mm per rotation with a resolution of 0.5 μm. The stage surface measures 60 mm × 60 mm, with a central cross groove for quick alignment of accessories. The groove width is 3 mm, and the surface includes M2, M3, and M4 threaded holes, enabling easy expansion for additional components.
The internal guide structure uses cross-roller guide rails, providing high positioning accuracy and rigidity, with a load capacity of 3 kg. The stage is equipped with locking screws on the sides, allowing for locking after adjustment. Two locking methods are available: if space is limited, the screws beside the micrometer head can be tightened using a hex wrench, and if space allows, the included long screws (with knurled heads for easier tightening) can be used for more convenient locking.The bottom of the stage features M6 mounting slots, making it easy to install on optical platforms or breadboards.
