The LBTEK high-load vertical displacement stage features a lead screw drive structure, consisting of a large lead screw and two 38 mm diameter guiding optical shafts. It offers a high load capacity and structural stability, making it ideal for mounting optical and mechanical components that require height adjustment. Additionally, LBTEK's high-load vertical displacement stage can be directly mounted with optical mechanical components or combined with the MBB series breadboard to create a larger stage surface, enabling a 102 mm travel range for the entire surface. The stage is also equipped with an adjustment handle for easy locking when the desired position is reached. The base and stage surface feature standard M6 or M4 threaded holes and through-hole arrays, meeting common installation requirements.
The LBTEK high-load vertical displacement stage is constructed with a large lead screw and two 38 mm diameter guiding optical shafts, providing strong load-bearing capacity and stability. The stage allows both coarse and fine adjustments. Pressing the stainless steel button enables quick adjustment within the stage's travel range, with a coarse adjustment locking pin that activates or deactivates the coarse adjustment function. Fine adjustment is made with a knurled handwheel, and once the desired position is reached, the stage can be locked using the built-in handle. The coarse and fine adjustment ranges are both 102 mm, with the fine adjustment having a resolution of 1.3 mm per turn.
The stage surface is equipped with evenly distributed M6 and M4 threaded holes, allowing for direct mounting of optical mechanical components or integration with the MBB series breadboard to create a larger stage surface, enabling vertical adjustment of the entire optical system on the breadboard. The base of the stage includes M6 mounting holes, providing flexible installation on optical platforms or breadboards for easy setup, as referenced in the "Assembly" section.
When purchasing the LBTEK high-load vertical displacement stage, it includes 4 M6 hexagon socket head cap screws and a 5 mm short-head hexagon wrench for installation.
