The LBTEK stainless steel manual linear displacement stage is available in single-axis, dual-axis, and three-axis configurations. The displacement stage features a Gothic rail guide system, with an integrated thin structure where the guide rails, stage surface, and base are unified, resulting in a total thickness of only 16 mm. The side of the stage includes a disc-style locking structure, which effectively reduces drift during locking compared to standard screw-tightening methods.
The stage surface measures 65 mm × 65 mm and includes M6 threaded holes with a 25 mm hole pitch. The micrometer head comes in three drive types: end direct drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive, with a minimum scale of 10 μm. All nominal specifications are fully inspected at the factory, ensuring key performance parameters such as a movement parallelism of 10 μm and static parallelism within 20 μm.
The base is equipped with four M6 countersunk mounting holes, allowing for direct attachment to an M6 optical platform with 25 mm hole spacing using the included four M6×6 thin-head hexagon socket cap screws. Additionally, both the stage surface and base of the single-axis displacement stage feature Ø5 pinholes, and the included Ø5×8 pins help ensure the verticality of the assembled two-axis XY displacement stage.
The LBTEK single-axis linear displacement stage is available in three drive types: end direct drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive, all utilizing single-axis drive with a micrometer head driver. The travel range is 25 mm, with a minimum scale of 10 μm. The stage surface measures 65 mm × 65 mm and includes M6 threaded holes for versatile installation options.
