The Plan Apochromatic Objective corrects axial chromatic aberration, astigmatism, and field curvature for the red, yellow, and blue spectral lines, making it the best type of objective for microscopes. The entire field of view is flat and clear. LBTEK provides Mitutoyo produced Plan Apochromatic Dry Objective Lenses with magnifications of 5X, 10X, 20X, and 100X, for a working wavelength range of 436 nm to 656 nm, and magnifications of 5X, 10X, 20X, and 50X for a working wavelength range of 480 nm to 1800 nm.
