LBTEK offers a variety of Nikon Infinity-Corrected Microscope Objectives, covering a wavelength range from ultraviolet to near-infrared. These objectives are suitable for brightfield microscopes, darkfield microscopes, DIC microscopes, fluorescence microscopes, polarization microscopes, multiphoton microscopes, and phase contrast microscopes. The Nikon objectives offered by LBTEK can be categorized based on chromatic aberration correction performance into Plan Semi-Apochromatic Objectives (also known as Plan Fluorite Objectives or Plan Fluorite Lenses) and Apochromatic Objectives, with the latter providing higher image quality than the semi-apochromatic type. Based on the immersion liquid used during imaging, the objectives can be classified as dry objectives, oil immersion objectives, and water immersion objectives. The NAPO25XCW-MP and NAPO25XCW-MP1300 objectives are optimized for deep tissue imaging with multiphoton confocal microscopes, making them ideal choices for multiphoton imaging. The NPLNFL10XDLL and NPLNFL10XDLL objectives are designed for positive phase contrast imaging, making them the perfect choice for phase contrast microscopes. Using LBTEK’s adapters SM1-M25A or SM1-M32A, these objectives can be mounted onto 1-inch optical component holders.
LBTEK offers Nikon Apochromatic Water Immersion Objectives with magnifications of 25X, 40X, and 60X. These objectives have excellent chromatic aberration correction performance across the visible to near-infrared wavelength range. The NAPO25XCW-MP and NAPO25XCW-MP1300 objectives are optimized for deep tissue imaging with multiphoton confocal microscopes, making them ideal for multiphoton imaging. This series of objectives is suitable for brightfield microscopes, fluorescence microscopes, and DIC microscopes. Specific parameters can be found in the product specification table.
